About me

My name is Jessica Rizzo and I'm a passionate professional of Swiss and Italian origin. After a decade spent in Berlin, where I was deeply inspired and trained, I returned to the city of Calvin to deepen my knowledge and focus on my interest in a holistic and intuitive approach.

 

My path towards body therapy began a few years ago, when I was feeling a strong sense of professional dissatisfaction and was searching for a deeper meaning to my life. Gifted with great listening skills and a burning desire to accompany others in their personal development, I explored different therapeutic approaches. Body therapy sessions transformed my relationship with my body, bringing me better physical and psychological health, as well as a sense of freedom and fulfillment.

 

Guided by this personal transformation, I developed my skills with:

• the Pantarei Approach,

• Holistic Bodywork

• Sensing Yoga

• Foot Reflexology.

As an ASCA-accredited therapist, I adhere to the training, quality and ethical requirements laid down by this foundation. This accreditation also entitles me to reimbursements from certain complementary insurance companies for foot reflexology.

 

My daily commitment is to enrich my practice by exploring new techniques and integrating innovative tools into my sessions. For me, this profession represents a real passion, a feeling of excitement and curiosity, and an infinite source of joy.
